Meals

Here is the menu for this week’s five meals. It will consist of four frozen meals and a Fresh meal on Friday.  Delivery is on Friday and cost is R500.00. (R100/meal)  
 

Order upfront for the week before 9:00 on Monday.



The meals are:

• Pearl Barley risotto and sweet potato cakes.
• Curried cauliflower phyllo pie.
• Baby Marrow balls with Orzo and red wine sauce
• Koshari rice and lentils with roast butternut and burnt aubergine on the side.
• Fresh Friday – Burrito bowls with black beans and jalapeno cream sauce. A meal in a bowl, tastes of Mexico with rice, black beans, corn, salsa and a mild jalapeno chilli sauce.
