Meals

Here is the menu for this week’s five meals. It will consist of four frozen meals and a Fresh meal on Friday.  Delivery is on Friday and cost is R500.00. (R100/meal)  
 

Order upfront for the week before 9:00 on Monday.

The meals are:

• Tomato and aubergine baked pasta
• Phyllo and rice pie with green beans side
• Couscous, cauliflower fritters and hasselback beetroot.
• Confit tandoori chickpeas with rice and flatbread.
• Fresh Friday – Black Bean Quesadilla – a Mexican sandwich tortilla filled with spicy black bean paste, cheese, chillis and salsa, with a street corn salad on the side.
